These Terms govern access to Seminole Winds Technology websites and software products, including Buildora and Car Specialist. Product-specific subscription terms shown at purchase also apply.

Accounts and subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Paid products may renew automatically according to the purchase terms shown by the applicable platform or checkout provider.

Third-party services

Optional integrations such as OpenAI, Dropbox and QuickBooks are governed by those providers' own terms. Users authorize their own third-party accounts. Seminole Winds Technology does not guarantee third-party availability.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use the products for unlawful activity.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business and project data you provide. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, synchronize and transmit that data to deliver the service and integrations you request.

Service changes

We may improve or modify features over time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or material nonpayment.
