Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Seminole Winds Technology websites and software products, including Buildora Tracker and Car Specialist. Product-specific subscription terms shown at purchase also apply.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account.

Buildora Pro subscription

Buildora Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription priced at $9.99 per month in the United States, or the equivalent price shown in your local App Store. Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if one applies. The subscription renews automatically at the same price each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancelling during a free trial avoids any charge; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Apple processes all App Store purchases and refunds.

Third-party services

Optional integrations such as OpenAI, Dropbox and QuickBooks are governed by those providers' own terms. Users authorize these connections themselves and can disconnect them at any time. AI features are included with the applicable subscription and are subject to reasonable use limits.

Your data

You retain ownership of the information you enter and grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, synchronize and transmit that data to deliver the service and integrations you request. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for keeping any records required for accounting, tax, construction, lending, insurance or legal purposes. Our products are business tools and are not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, engineering or construction advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use our products to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, interfere with or overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.

Service changes

We may improve or modify features over time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or material nonpayment. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seminole Winds Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using our products and delete your account at any time from within the applicable product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
